13b - Requirements for CO2 Emissions, etc., for Manufacturers of Passenger Cars, Vans, and Heavy Vehicles

To fulfill Norway's obligations under the EEA Agreement, the Ministry may, by regulation, establish rules regarding emission requirements, etc., for manufacturers of vehicles in groups M, N, and O, including rules on:

a. Requirements for CO2 emissions, b. Penalties for violations, c. Monitoring, d. Reporting, e. Innovative technologies, including approval.
