15 - Registration of Motor Vehicles

The Ministry shall establish regulations regarding the registration of motor vehicles, including the procedures for registration, requirements for documents and information, and the issuing of registration plates.

The registration shall be made in the national vehicle register, and it is mandatory for the vehicle to be registered before it is used on public roads.

The Ministry may issue further provisions regarding registration fees, the renewal of registration, and the conditions for the registration of vehicles.
