23a - Personal Protective Equipment
The King may decide that personal protective equipment and other equipment for the safety of persons must be used during the operation of a motor vehicle. The King may issue further regulations regarding the scope of use and exceptions to the requirement. It may be stipulated that the driver is responsible for ensuring that passengers under 15 years of age use the equipment mentioned in the first sentence.
