28 - Traffic Education

The Ministry may provide more detailed provisions on theoretical and practical training for a fee for individuals who wish to acquire a driver's license, competency certificate, or proof of having undergone other specified traffic education. This may include the establishment of a curriculum for the teaching. The Ministry may determine that the training vehicle and other training materials must be approved by the relevant authority.

The Ministry may provide further rules on the approval of prices for the use of training areas for mandatory training for drivers of heavy vehicles.
