29 - Qualification Requirements for Professional Drivers

Anyone who, for a fee, is to drive a motor vehicle must meet the requirements for basic and further education as specified in regulations issued by the Ministry. Proof of completed education must always be carried while driving.

The Ministry may issue regulations regarding basic and further training, exams, fees, certificates, and the conditions for the approval and operation of training and testing locations, including personnel requirements. The Ministry may also issue regulations on the supervision of training and testing locations.
