35 - Prohibition from Driving after loss of Driver's License
A person who is sentenced may, in the same judgment, fine, or decision regarding referral to the conflict council, be prohibited from driving a vehicle that does not require a driver's license for a specified period or permanently, if considerations for road safety or other public concerns require it.
The Chief of Police or the person they authorize may prohibit a person from driving a vehicle that does not require a driver's license for a specified period if the person has been deprived of the right to drive a motor vehicle in accordance with ยง 34, or lacks the necessary attributes to drive such a vehicle, or for other reasons is deemed unfit to drive such a vehicle, and if considerations for road safety or other public concerns require it.
