32 - Violation of Road Traffic Regulations Abroad

The Ministry may issue regulations stating that a business and a driver who have violated driving and rest period regulations set forth under § 21, second paragraph, in a foreign country, can be punished here in the Kingdom in accordance with § 31. This applies regardless of the driver's nationality, the business's headquarters, or similar factors.
