9 - Traffic Regulation

The police may regulate traffic as the conditions in each individual case require, and may depart from what is established in or pursuant to §§ 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. The police may also, as part of traffic regulation, fully or partially block a section of road for a short period.

Everyone is obligated to immediately comply with the orders and prohibitions regarding traffic regulation issued by the police, whether given verbally, by signs, signals, or in another manner.
