# 22b - Mandatory Abstinence Anyone who drives a motor vehicle in a position or profession that involves the transport of people or goods must not consume alcohol or take any other intoxicating or sedative substances during working hours. Working hours include the period from the time the person, according to their duties, begins performing the work required by the position until the work is completed.
